1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Cropgen ("Cropgen" or "we"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using Cropgen, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use Cropgen.

2.License Grant

Cropgen hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Cropgen software solely for your personal or business productivity purposes on the terms set forth herein.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Cropgen software.
Circumvent any technological measure that controls access to the software.
Rent, lease, lend, or transfer rights to the software.
Remove any proprietary notices or labels on Cropgen.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Cropgen software is the intellectual property of nth degree services llc and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The license granted herein does not transfer any ownership of the software to you.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Cropgen may collect and use information about your usage of the software to improve the product or to provide customized services or technologies. This data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Cropgen if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of Cropgen and destroy all copies of the software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cropgen is provided "as is" and with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Nth degree services llc hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cropgen be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your access or use or inability to access or use Cropgen.

9. General

This EULA is governed by the laws of The United States of America. If any part of this EULA is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the EULA, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
